Vocalist to perform junior recital April 26
Vocalist Ashley Musgrave will present her Bluffton University junior recital at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, in Yoder Recital Hall. The recital is free and open to the public.
Musgrave, a mezzo-soprano from Ada, Ohio, will sing numbers by Mozart, Ravel, Brahms and Bach, accompanied by pianist Ana Yoder Coulter. In addition, Dr. Lucia Unrau, a professor and chair of music at Bluffton, will perform “Letting Go,” Musgrave’s composition for piano.
Musgrave is a voice student of Dr. Crystal Sellers Battle, an assistant professor of music. The recital is presented in partial fulfillment of her requirements for graduation with a major in music education.
