Family-themed events on BFR's June calendar
This summer, BFR is hosting several family-themed events, including two scavenger hunts. The first will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17 and the second will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 19.
The goal of these scavenger hunts is to provide a fun activity that will allow entire families to be active. Participants will be provided with both picture and word clues to guide them toward specific items.
BFR Sports Coordinator Amy Byers explains, “I would like to use many business signs and storefronts in town. Businesses do not have to do anything! If you would like to add something to the scavenger hunt I invite you to do so. I am not requiring anyone to go inside of your business to get anything, but if you would like me to have them collect something specific, please let me know, and I will make that happen!”
She adds, “I just wanted to let everyone know what was going on so that on these days you are not confused by families suddenly stopping to take pictures in front of your business.” Byers can be reached at 419-358-4150.
