Mustard Seed Cafe fence enhances quaint vintage charm; here's this weekend's specials
You may have noticed that Mustard Seed Café, 562 N. Main St. Bluffton, now has a fence that encloses its patio areas.
his is part of a state requirement in order to serve wine and beer in an outdoor setting. The fence also enhances the quaint vintage charm of the train depot location.
The café now offers light fare that goes nicely with the new wine and beer selections. “Red and White Slates” consist of cheese, breads, meats, olives or fresh fruit served on a tile, paired with red or white wine.
“Light Plates” are now offered from 11 a.m. to closing. These include Hummus, Summer Caprese, Baked Brie, Chicken Skewer with Sriracha Sauce, Bistro Steak with Rioja Onion Jam, and Jumbo Shrimp with Curried Sweet Potato Puree.
In addition to the regular dinner menu for this Friday and Saturday night, the café offers Cioppino, a seafood combination in tomato broth.
Reservations are suggested for dinner: 567-226-1120. You may view photos and hours on the café website: mustardseedcafebluffton.com.
