"A Matter of Balance," classes hosted at Senior Center
The Bluffton Senior Center will host classes on balance put on by the Area Agency on Aging.
"A Matter of Balance" can help reduce the fear of falling and increase the activity levels of older adults who have concerns about falling. Classes will start Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 1 to 3 p.m.
Each class is two hours long, once a week for eight weeks. Registration is required and can be made by calling the Bluffton Senior Center at 419-358-8971 or stop by the office. The course is free but space is limited, so sign up soon.
