Mustard Seed Cafe dinner features
In addition to the Mustard Seed’s regular menu on Friday and Saturday nights, the following Summer Celebration features will be available this weekend:
Dinner Features:
Dry-rub baby back ribs with a honey white wine glaze served with an IPA slaw and corn muffin.
Chicago-style burger or hot dog. Burger is our own signature-seasoned mix served with house-made sweet relish, chopped onion, ketchup, mustard and hot peppers on our salt and pepper bun. Hot dog is an 8-inch angus beef hot dog served in authentic Chicago style on a steamed poppy seed bun with yellow mustard, sweet relish, chopped onion, tomato, pickle, hot peppers and a dash of celery salt. Both Chicago-style features are served with our house parmesan-herb potato chips and our own original Mustard Seed dip.
Featured Beverages:
Sonoma Cider Pitchfork Pear Cider, a certified organic, gluten-free, sulfite-free hard cider.
Revolution Breweries Rosa Hibiscus Ale, a light summer beer with a slightly sweet finish.
Breckenridge Breweries Avalanche Amber Ale, an excellent pairing with our rib featured this weekend.
Light Plate:
Deep-fried bacon macaroni and cheese bites with dipping sauce.
Dessert feature:
Vanilla ice cream torte with peaches, house caramel and roasted almonds.
Outdoor dining is available. Beer, wine and specialty cocktails may be enjoyed indoors or out.
