Bluffton Post 382 of the American Legion will hold a  flag pole dedication for the new town hall flag pole at 9 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 27.

The Legion purchased the flag pole and donated it to the village this spring. Village employees installed it July.

The brief ceremony, open to the public, will include:
• A blessing from Chaplain Donald Rock, 
• A presentation of a flag to the mayor from Commander Fred Rodabaugh,
• The raising of the Colors during the National Anthem sung by Megan Sycks and Kristen Yost, followed by a 21-gun salute.
