Ruth E. Hartzler, 92, of Pandora, died at 2:28 p.m. Sept. 19, 2014, at the Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora.  Arrangements are incomplete at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Bluffton.
