Bridge offers grief support group at Bluffton Hospital
Bridge Bereavement Services is offering a Creative Expressions Grief Support Group on Thursday, October 16 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in the second floor conference room at Bluffton Hospital, 139 Garau Street, Bluffton. This program will offer participants the opportunity to turn their loved one’s clothing into an ornament keepsake.
“Parting with clothing that belonged to a deceased loved one can often be an emotional decision to make,” said Jill Gilgenbach, Bridge bereavement coordinator. “This program will allow those who recently lost someone close to them to turn that clothing into something they can cherish.”
Creative Expressions is open to any adult, child or family who has recently experienced the death of a loved one. No crafting experience is necessary, and volunteers will be available to assist. Supplies will be provided.
Pre-registration is required. To RSVP or to learn more, call Bridge Bereavement Services at 419.423.5351 or e-mail [email protected].
