Tim and Pat Boutwell have opened a new business that offers heated vehicle storage in Bluffton.

The facility is provided by Marsh Run Properties, LLC, owned by the Boutwells. The storage is located at 906 N. Main St., next door to Masterpiece Signs and Graphics, Inc.

Boutwells said that they saw a need for winter storage of vehicles, motorcycles, boats and other large vehicles that need to be stored in a heated area.

The heated vehicle storage offers safe indoor storage with:

• Month to month leases
• Come and go, by appointment only
