Bluffton University basketball fans who can’t get to the men’s and women’s McDonald’s of Bluffton holiday tournament games Dec. 29 at the Sommer Center can still see the games live.

Both the Bluffton men’s and women’s games that day can be seen online at http://new.livestream.com/bluffton—a newly available service from the university. The men’s first-round game against OSU-Lima will begin at 7 p.m. It will follow the women’s game, either the consolation contest at noon or the championship game at 5 p.m., depending on the results of the Dec. 28 semifinals. Bluffton students will provide the play-by-play for both games via campus radio station WBWH.

While live video streaming at Bluffton is starting with select athletic contests, the online option is expected to expand soon to other university events, including commencement and some academic programs as well.
