Kathleen Konst was a Bluffton High School graduate
Kathleen M. Konst, 92, died at 10:50 p.m. Dec. 15, 2014, at Willow Ridge, Bluffton. She was born July 1, 1922, in Bluffton to the late Edwin and Clara Freyman Niswander. On June 23, 1950, she married Albert Konst and he preceded her in death on Oct. 5, 2006.
She was a secretary. They lived in many states during Albert's career in the Air Force. Kathleen and Albert enjoyed traveling in their motor home. They traveled to 49 states. She was graduate of Bluffton High School and attended St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bluffton.
Survivors include a daughter, Cheryl M. Konst of Hillsboro, Ore., and a son, David W. Konst of Nampa, Idaho, She was preceded in death by a brother, Lysle Niswander, and a sister, Josephine Klinefelter.
Graveside services will be at a later date in Maple Grove Cemetery, Bluffton. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church or Willow Ridge at Mennonite Communities of Ohio. Online condolences may be expressed at www.chiles-lamanfh.com.
