Healthy body image offered through BFR’s Fit4Life Support Program
For Icon viewers who are not interested in web or app-based weight loss options, BFR’s Fit4Life Support program offers face-to-face connections to learn about healthy eating and exercise, according to Carole Enneking of BFR.
The Fit4Life group meets the first and third Monday evenings (6-7 p.m. in the BFR gymnasium) for nutrition and exercise information. BFR staff, partnered with Bluffton University dietetics graduate interns, provides a supportive environment for healthy weight management.
New participants are welcome at anytime and are encouraged to attend the first session of 2015 on Monday, Jan. 19. Cost is $20 per month (free for BFR members). BFR offers a 6-week membership package with an emphasis on weight loss, as well.
The Fit4Life membership includes weekly meetings with a staff trainer, plus participation in the Fit4Life Support meetings.
For more information about the Fit4Life program, contact BFR by calling 419-358-4150, visiting the facility located at 215 Snider Road in Bluffton, or visiting the website www.bfronline.com.
