BHS student creates video about Blaze of Lights - posted on Icon
Bluffton High School senior, Maggie Fett, has created a four-minute video featuring the 2014 Bluffton Blaze of Lights. She created the video for a BHS class.
The video is now posted on the Icon. It will also be posted on the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce website www.explorebluffton.com.
For the video, Fett interviewed Fred Rodabaugh, Terry Mullenhour, Bill Thiesen and Fred Steiner. The video tells some of the history of the Harry and Dorothy Ream holiday folk art display, which is set up each November of the Bluffton Presbyterian Church lawn.
It also explains how the community comes together to see that the display is put into place each year using volunteers.
The video will be shown to chamber members during the Friday, Feb. 13, chamber breakfast. Maggie is the daughter of Bob and Sue Fett.
