DINNER:
1 - Crab-stuffed Sole in beurre blanc with light greens and vinaigrette
2 - Pan-seared Salmon over couscous with Mediterranean ragout and feta
3 - Veal Medallions over polenta with mixed mushroom pan sauce
• SALAD: Greek salad with Chicken (pictured) or Salmon
• SOUP: French Onion topped with gruyere, swiss and parmesan
(this January feature soup extended due to overwhelming response)
• LIGHT PLATE: Tomato Bisque with mini pimiento grilled cheese
• BRUNCH: Pinchers Pork and Potatoes--smashed Idaho potatoes topped with lobster bisque, parmesan cheese, bacon & scallions
