The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a free real estate workshop on Friday, Feb. 13, following the chamber monthly breakfast.

The workshop, open to the public, is from 8:45 to 9:15 a.m. in the third floor of the Bluffton town hall. CCR RealLiving realtors will lead the session.

It will cover subjects including:
• How to price your house when you are listing it with a realtor
• How much commission do you pay your realtor
• Things to look for when buying a property
• Different websites to follow if listing or buying commercial or residential properties
• How to prepare your house to place it on the market.

The workshop follows the Friday chamber breakfast. Tonya Meyer, director of the Bluffton Senior Citizens Center, is the breakfast speaker.

The breakfast program is from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. A free breakfast is served from 7 to 7:30 a.m.
