Plumbers, Pipefitters & Service Technicians Local 776 is featured in the March 2015 issue of UA Journal, the union’s national magazine.

The article is titled, “The Value of the Tripartite Approach for Local 776 in Lima, Ohio” and it highlights the strong working relationship between Local 776, local industries and contractors.

Local 776 Business Manager Mike Knisley credits this tripartite approach for the union’s success.

He said, “I immediately recognized the value this concept held to maintain and even improve our relationships with the owner community and even with the public. It comes down to how you communicate with the owners, then contractors and labor had to come together and be viewed as a unified force in order to solve any problems or issues that arose for the owners. We’re very proud that our efforts are being recognized on a national level.”
