The Beaverdam Bunch 4-H Club recently held several organizational meetings this spring.
Meetings were held:
• Monday, March 9, 2015, Organization Night with review of club rules
• Monday, March 23, 2015, Election of Officers as follows:

Vice President: Sydney Hoff
Secretary: Nathan Hardesty
Treasurer: Ceandra Thurmond

Monday, April 6, 2015, Enrollments due with announcement of the club’s on-going
community service of collecting pop-tabs for the Ronald McDonald House
Monday, April 20, 2015 Discussed mandatory attendance of Quality Assurance for
all market livestock exhibitors either Sunday, April 26 at 2:00 P.M. or Tuesday,
June 16, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. Market exhibitors must attend one of these sessions
in order to show at the fair.
• All livestock must be in the member’s possession by June 1, 2015 except Market
Rabbits and Market Chickens
• Junior Fair Royalty Applications are due June 1, 2015
• 4-H Camp is June 28-July 2, 2015 at Camp Palmer with registration deadline
June 15, 2015
Project books and club programs were passed out
Next meeting will be held Monday, May 18, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at the Bluffton Middle School
