Bluffton MBA student sought as BCE assistant director
The Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs (BCE) and Bluffton University have created the position of assistant director of BCE for a graduate assistant in the university’s Master of Business Administration program.
The person in the half-time position will work with BCE for nine months for each of two academic years while taking evening classes in Bluffton’s MBA program. The graduate assistant will receive full tuition and an annual stipend plus an adjustment for living expenses.
Applicants should have five years of work experience as well as a bachelor’s degree. In addition, knowledge of the village of Bluffton and surrounding communities is desirable. The position will be filled by mid-July, with duties beginning in August.
Inquiries and applications may be submitted to Carrie Mast, administrative assistant for Bluffton’s Graduate Programs in Business, at [email protected] or 419-358-3065. For more information about the MBA program—which also continues to accept applications for fall-semester classes—contact Mast or go online to www.bluffton.edu/grad/gpb/mba.html
Fred Steiner is executive director of BCE, which formed a partnership with the university’s Division of Business Studies in 2010. The center describes itself as a business incubator, providing “programs that add value to young businesses, accelerate their growth and increase the odds of their success.”
