What pie flavors might customers find - as these are in season or on a typical Saturday – at the market?
Here’s a sample list:
Apple, black raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, blueberry-rhubarb, cherry, cranberry-peach, grape, mixed berry, peach, pecan, pumpkin, rhubarb, strawberry-rhubarb, sugar cream and an assortment of cream pies.
Add mincemeat to the list, which she cans herself. And, yes, she’ll take requests from customers.
There are more than pies in her booth.
Customers will find an assortment of breakfast rolls, whole wheat bread, angel food cake, granola and granola bars.
“I usually bake eight large pies and six small pies at a time in preparation for the market,” she said. “My family helps.”
Family members include her husband, Tom, and their children, Alyssa, Nathan, Lauren, Hannah, Karis and Calvin.
Her products are home produced and her business contact is:
