Bluffton McDonald's holds "Cyber Hiring Day" Sept. 9
Lewis Family McDonald’s is looking to hire at several of its restaurants on Wednesday, Sept. 9. While this is certainly not the first hiring day the group has held, this event is focused on leveraging the new local McDonald’s website, www.MyLocalMcDs.com.
“Cyber Hiring Day has been designed to hire the best customer service oriented individuals that the community has to offer. The new MyLocalMcDs.com makes it easy to learn about our benefits and to apply online,” said local owner/operator Jessica Hall.
Those interested in applying for an available position are encouraged to apply online at www.MyLocalMcDs.com. The site has information on benefits, such as free employee meals, flexible scheduling, and college book reimbursement, and also allows individuals to apply directly to the restaurant of their choice.
“We know it can be difficult to find time to make it to an interview in-person,” said Hall. “Having a Cyber Hiring Day makes it easy for anyone to apply when it’s convenient for them.”
A job with McDonald’s can potentially grow from a crew member at a local restaurant to a corporate executive at its U.S. headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois. Half of McDonald’s owner/operators and 75 percent of restaurant managers started as crew. To learn more about Lewis Family McDonald’s, visit www.LewisFamilyMcDonalds.com.
