Northwest Physical Therapy's 6th Annual Northwest PokerRun Charity 5K is scheduled for Saturday, October 24. The event will take place at 1880 North Perry Street, Ottawa. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and race begins at 10 a.m.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Putnam County Cancer Assistance Program.  Registration is $15 prior to October 1, $20 after October 1 and day of event. 

Refreshments will be available and door prizes will be awarded. Registration forms are available for pickup at Northwest Physical Therapy's front office or  may be downloaded at  www.NorthwestPhysicalTherapy.com.
