Jerry Crisenbery 1939-2016
Jerry W. Crisenbery, age 76, died on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016, at 2:19 a.m. at Lima Memorial Health System, Lima, Ohio.
He was born on Jan.18, 1939, in Van Wert County, Ohio to Lowell B. and Marjorie (Fronefield) Crisenbery who preceded him in death. He married Cheryl Combs and she survives in Ada, Ohio.
Jerry was a retired electrician having worked for Carey Electric and Tradesman International. He served in the U.S. Air Force in Germany.
He is survived by: two sons: Michael Crisenbery of Germany and David (Barb) Sullivan of Ada and daughters: Jackie of Wisconsin, Terri and Cindi of Indiana; and 1 sister: Karen (Andy) Nolen of Bluffton and 1 step-daughter: Janene Dunson (fiancé, Donny Hinkle) of Marysville; 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, three brothers: Gene, John and Don Crisenbery; and a step daughter: Jennifer Dunson.
A funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada with Jim Holon officiating. Burial will follow at a later date.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada.
Memorial contributions may be made to Putnam County Hospice c/o Lima Memorial Health System, Lima.
