While lots is happening at the Bluffton elementary this winter (see story above), meanwhile the middle school is equally as busy. Here's some of the news items from the middle school website.

December Pirates of the month
8th Grade:  Veronica Nelson and McCormick Ault
7th Grade:  Kennedi Jordan and Louis Graham
6th Grade:  Lauren Gray and Lucas Prichard

Junior High softball
There will be open gyms for any 7th or 8th grade girl interested in playing softball this spring. The open gyms will take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings starting Jan. 11 from 6:30-8 p.m. in the old high school gym.

Lost and found table
The Lost and Found table is overflowing. Please look over the items that have been accumulating over the last few months and claim what is yours.  All items remaining on the table after Jan. 22nd will be donated to a local thrift store.  Thank you!

Yearbook sales
Bluffton Middle School has begun to sell the 2015-16 yearbooks. Prices start at $25 - upgrades are additional.  Order forms can be picked up in the MS office. For online order go to: @ ybpay.lifetouch.com using yearbook ID code 10999616. 

Open lifting
Open lifting hours for all athletes are held on Monday and Wednesday 3:45-6 pm., Tuesday and Thursday 7-8 p.m. and Friday from 3:45-5 p.m.
