Ministerial Association invites public to participate in Procession of the Cross
Bluffton Area Ministerial Association (BAMA) invites the public to participate in its March 25 Good Friday Procession of the Cross. This year's walk begins at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
The route follows:
• St. Mary's Catholic Church at 11:30 a.m.
• First United Methodist
• First Mennonite
• St. John's United Church of Christ
• English Lutheran
• Bluffton Presbyterian at noon
At each church will be a brief meditation and prayer. A community Good Friday service takes place at Bluffton Presbyterian Church at noon. Clergy from Bluffton Area Ministerial Association will share in a presentation titled "Choices at the Cross."
Baskets at the church door will receive donations to the Bluffton Community Assistance Program's food pantry.
The public is invited to participate in any segments of the procession, may simply attend the noon service, or participate in the entire 30-minute walk followed by the noon service.
