Farmers' market opens for the season on Saturday morning
Bluffton's favorite Saturday morning spring and summer pasttime returns on Saturday.
The Bluffton Farmers' Market, operated by the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce, opens for the season. The market is located in the Citizens National Bank parking lot. Market hours are the same as last year, 8:30 a.m. to noon.
The market will continue each Saturday morning until the end of October. A vendor's meeting took place in April. At that time 19 vendors from last year registered for the entire season.
Shoppers on Saturday can anticipate several baked items, cut flowers, plants, goat soap and several early-spring garden products.
As the growing season continues the market will continue to grow. Spots are still open for vendors. To inquire about being a vendor and for market rules and regulations, contact Probst at [email protected].
