What is Relay for Life?
Relay for Life is an organized overnight event for the community. It is for individuals, teams, families and survivors. Teams walk overnight to help raise money and support for American cancer.
Thru the night there will be a survivor meal followed by the survivor first lap. We have food, games for children, entertainment, pie, silent and chair auctions 5K glow run. It is a very community and family environment.
What makes relay special?
Our survivor meal and honoring of the survivors, our luminaria ceremony, our special entertainment and children activities. We have several churches and youth groups that participate. And the way our community comes together to Celebrate, Remember, and Fight back. It is a life changing experience and helps give back to help fight the fight against cancer.
