Two promoted at Citizens National Bank
Citizens National Bank announces two staff member promotions.
Courtney Geus is now assistant vice president of retail lending. Nick Ardner is assistant vice president project manager.
Guess is responsible for the pricing, selling, delivery and servicing of all salable loans. She oversees underwriting for one to four family mortgages, home equity lines of credit, secondary market lending, Visa credit card and consumer lending.
She received a degree in mathematics from Bluffton University and a master of education degree from Ohio Valley University. She began working at CNB in 2011 as a teller in Bluffton, moving into underwriting at the Lima office in 2012. She is a committee member for the Citizens National Bank Service Club. She and her husband and son reside in Bluffton.
Ardner he is responsible for overseeing product upgrades and the implementation of CNB’s newest banking products and services.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northwestern Ohio. He began working at CNB in 2012 as a mortgage underwriter and assumed a position in project management in 2014. He is a member of Citizens National Bank’s Service Club and volunteers at various events in the community. He and his wife reside in Delphos.
