Activities include discovering what real scientists do, exploring wonders of science with hands-on activities and learning the scientific method.
During this photo session, girls created dirt pudding, which is an interesting way to learn about soil.
Using a combination of chocolate pudding, cookies, food coloring and sprinkles, the girls created a land horizon from bedroom, parent material, sub soil, topsoil and organic layer.
After completing the project, the girls enjoyed their dirt pudding treat.
The program is under the direction of Girl Scouts of Western Ohio.
