Boys' soccer: Luke Young's goal enough to beat Wapak
Bluffton High School boys' soccer team scored in the second half and held on for 1-0 win over Wapakoneta Sept. 6 at Steinmetz Field in Bluffton.
In the 54th minute of the game Luke Young shot from the right side in a high arc which just cleared the goalkeeper to find the net.
Bluffton had 8 shots on goal to 3 shots on goal for the Redskins.
Goalkeepers for Wapak were Ross Burkart who had one save, and Noah Ritchie who had three saves
Bluffton’s keeper, Levi Smith, had two saves.
JV Game Result: Bluffton 1 Wapak 0.
