Men's Soccer falls 4-0 at Wooster

WOOSTER, Ohio - The College of Wooster netted three goals in the first 25 minutes en route to a 4-0 shutout of the Bluffton University men's soccer team on a rainy Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016. The visitors fell to 3-6 on the season, while Wooster improved to 4-5-1 with the victory.
The home team piled up a 32-2 advantage in shots, including 10-0 on frame. Bluffton was whistled for six more fouls (8-2), while the Fighting Scots forced seven more corner kicks (8-1). Senior Matt Hardman-Zimmerman (Forest City, Penn.) collected six saves for the Beavers.
Bluffton is slated to open Heartland Conference play on Saturday, Oct. 1. The Beavers welcome Earlham College to the Sears Complex for a 3:30 p.m. matchup following the women's contest with the Quakers. Come out and support your Beavers!
