Mary Ann Augsburger was a partner in Town and County Meats
Mary Ann Augsburger, 69, died Nov. 30, 2016 at her residence. Mary was born April 20, 1947, in Bluffton to the late Noah "Junior" and Dolly (Johnson) Zimmerman. On July 31, 1971, she married Tom Augsburger who survives.
Mary Ann graduated from Bluffton High School. She worked alongside her husband, Tom, at Town & Country Meats, Bluffton. She later retired from Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton where she worked in the laundry department.
Mary Ann was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Bluffton.
Survivors also include a daughter, Susan (Marvin) Maag of Leipsic; a son, Brian Geiser of Oakland, California; three grandchildren, Jacob, Paul and Sarah Maag; three brothers, Mike (Mary Jane) Zimmerman of Bluffton, Mark Zimmerman of Bluffton, Keith Zimmerman of Ottawa; and a sister-in-law, Mary E. Augsburger of Lima.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016 at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton. Pastor Dennis Maurer officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice or the Bluffton Public Library.
