Just in time for Christmas shopping Gallery 323 open for December
Gallery 323 is open in December. It features works in an assortment of media by at least a dozen Bluffton area artists.
The gallery, at 323 N. Main St., was launched as a storefront where local artisans could sell their art.
The late Gregg Luginbuhl opened the studio. The Luginbuhl family decided to reopen the gallery for the month of December.
Karen Luginbihl said, “Gregg's wish was to keep the gallery running, and while we don't yet know the long-term plan, we want to give the artists involved a chance to sell their work for the holidays.”
Gregg's work will not be available for sale, but the gallery features many local artists with works in painting, ceramics, fiber art, jewelry, glass, photography and sculpture.
Hours are:
Tuesdays 1 to 4 p.m.
Wednesdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Thursdays and Fridays 1 to 4 p.m.
Saturdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The gallery will be open now through Dec. 31. Gallery plans for 2017 are not yet in place.
