Seven Jazzercise classes offered in Bluffton each week
Chase Eikenbary of Jazzercise Bluffton invites Icon viewers to stop in for a Jazzercise class this week.
Classes are held at Bluffton University’s Sommer Center.
“Jazzercise is a pulse-pound, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results,” she said. “It’s a calorie-torching, hip swiveling dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn.”
In Bluffton there are seven classes each week:
• Monday 6 p.m.
• Tuesday, 6 p.m.
• Wednesday, 6 a.m.
• Wednesday, 6 p.m. (strength 60 format, no cardio)
• Thursday, 6 p.m.
• Friday, 6 a.m.
• Saturday, 8:30 a.m.
