Feb. 6 Art Exhibit: “Art As Activism,” an invitational group exhibit, Sauder Visual Arts Center, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 1-5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays through Feb. 24
Feb. 7 Forum: “The Elmira Case Film,” by Julie Friesen, Director of Programs at Community Justice Initiatives, Waterloo, Ont., 11 a.m., Yoder Recital Hall
Feb. 7 First Tuesday Forum in the Library: “Sticky Geckos: My Research Experience Studying Gecko Adhesion,” by Chelsea Zoltowski, junior chemistry major, 11 a.m., Musselman Library Reading Room
Feb. 8 Health and Wellness Expo: Tips and information about keeping your mind and body healthy will be shared during this event, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Musselman Library
Feb. 9 Research Fair: A poster-session-style research fair will showcase student work including traditional research presentations, projects, internships and creative work, 1-4:30 p.m., Musselman Library
Feb. 10 Colloquium: "Theatre for Living," by Dr. Melissa Friesen, 4 p.m., Stutzman Lecture Hall, Centennial Hall
Feb. 12 Artists Reception: Reception for art exhibit “Art As Activism,” 1-3 p.m., Sauder Visual Arts Center
Feb. 14 Forum: “Campus Racial Climate and Sense of Belonging at Bluffton University and Beyond,” by Stu Cleek, associate dean for residence life, Westmont College, 11 a.m., Yoder Recital Hall
Feb. 16 Artist Series: Celtic duo Sonic Escape will perform with guest cellist Rachel Pinkney, 7:30 p.m., Yoder Recital Hall; tickets required: individual event prices are $25 for adults, $20 for senior citizens and students, $15 for Bluffton faculty/staff, $5 for Bluffton University students.
Feb. 19 Concert: Winter Instrumental Concert, 2:30 p.m., Yoder Recital Hall
Feb. 21 Student Debate: “Student Senate Presidential Debate,” 11 a.m., Yoder Recital Hall
Feb. 21 Alumni Forum: “Meet Your Major,” six Bluffton alumni share direct and indirect career paths rooted in a liberal arts education, 11 a.m., Stutzman Lecture Hall
Feb. 24 Colloquium: “Health Care: Is it a System? A Systems Thinking Concept Analysis and the Role of the Nurse,” by Dr. Sherri Winegardner, director of nursing, Stutzman Lecture Hall, Centennial Hall
Feb. 24 Concert: Guest recital by Kate Boyd, pianist, 7:30 p.m., Yoder Recital Hall
Feb. 26 Masterworks Concert: Dr. Mark J. Suderman, Bluffton professor of music, will conduct Vivaldi’s “Gloria,” also featuring regional soloists and orchestra, 2:30 p.m., Yoder Recital Hall
Feb. 28 Forum: “Playing with Stress,” Lynn Coghill, graduate professor and director of MSW Program, School of Social Work, University of Pittsburgh, 11 a.m., Yoder Recital Hall
