Master Gardeners offer several spring programs
Several programs of interest to gardeners are planned this spring by the Allen County Master Gardeners.
Details follow:
March 7-April 25 – Master Gardener Volunteer Training for: Allen, Hardin, and Hancock at the OSU - Lima Campus. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Contact the Extension Office www.allen.osu.edu for more details. The deadline to register is Feb. 20.
March 18 – Saturday. Art of Gardening Seminar. Allen County Master Gardener spring seminar. 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. $45. This seminar books up fast, so get your registration in soon. For details contact Gretchen Staley, 407 E. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, OH 45830.
March 18 – Saturday. Kick Off to Spring “Thyme.” Gardens at Gantz Symposium in Grove City. 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. - $45. Gardens at Gantz office, 614-871-6323.
March 21- Tuesday. "Herb of the Year,” Cilantro the plant, Coriander the seed, by Judy Magee and Liz Vogt. Regular monthly meeting of Hardin County Herb Society at Ada Methodist Church, Main St. Ada. 6 p.m. For more information: 419-371-8518 or [email protected]
