Linda Pollitz, LSW, will discuss “Put Your Mask on First!”  during a February support group meeting in Bluffton, according to Tricia Herrmann.

The presentation is part of a Bluffton care giver support group and takes place at 3:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 20, in the Mennonite Memorial Home Chapel, 410 W. Elm St., Bluffton. 

She’ll discuss various caregiver responsibilities, what caregiver stress looks like and how to best take care of yourself, if you are a caregiver. 

Pollitz has 15 years experience in social services long-term care and 14 years as program manager for Alzheimer's Association.
