Here are the winners of the rain barrel contest
Nine schools entered 24 decorated rain barrels in this year’s Blanchard Rilver Watershed partnership contest. The rain barrels were on display at the Findlay Village Mall Feb. 10-12. The winning barrels were:
People’s Choice Award - Riverdale H.S
General Theme Category - First Place - Riverdale H.S.
Second Place - Hardin Northern H.S.
Third Place - Hardin Northern H.S.
Fourth Place - Columbus Grove H.S.Fifth Place - Hardin Northern H.S.
Watershed Theme Category - First Place - Hardin Northern H.S.
Second Place - Pandora Gilboa H.S.
Third Place - Findlay H.S.
Fourth Place - Hardin Northern H.S.
Fifth Place - Liberty Benton H.S.
Agriculture Theme Category - First Place - Arlington H.S.
Second Place - McComb H.S.
Third Place - Findlay H.S.

The BRWP represents the six counties of the Blanchard River Watershed and is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving water quality through developing citizen involvement and watershed action plans.
