Home buying and selling workshop April 25
Are you considering selling your home and wondering about the best way for you to list it?
Or, are you interested in buying your first or next home, but want to make sure you have sound advice and know your options? First National Bank is partnering with Attorney Scott L. Basinger to present a Home Buying and Selling Workshop, Tuesday, April 25, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Bluffton town hall, 154 N. Main St.
Homeowners sometimes consider listing their homes themselves rather than using a realtor. Basinger will share guidance for attendees to consider, such as paperwork and legal items, so they know the full scope of the for sale by owner process when deciding how they will list their home as well as the advantages to listing with a realtor.
First National Bank Mortgage Originators will share tips for buying your first home or your next home including what impacts your credit score, things to consider when looking at mortgages and various programs available to meet attendees’ different needs.
The event is free and open to the public. For more information about the workshop or to RSVP for the event, call or visit any FNB branch in Bluffton, Findlay, Pandora or Ottawa or register on our website at www.e-FNB.com.
