Town hall meeting April 23 with Congressman Jordan
Members of the public are invited to attend a town hall meeting featuring U.S. Congressional Representative Jim Jordan. The event will be held from 6:‐8: p.m. Monday, April 24 in the South Hall of the Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center in Lima. The town hall is sponsored by Allen and Hardin for Election Action and Democracy (AHEAD), in partnership with other groups in Representative Jordan’s district.
Jim Jordan (R‐Urbana) has represented Ohio’s Fourth Congressional District in the US House of Representatives since 2007 and is a founding member of the House Freedom Caucus.
This event is a rare opportunity for members of the general public to ask questions of Congressman Jordan and raise concerns. The town hall will feature pre‐selected questions from the community followed by a Q&A with the audience. AHEAD is accepting questions for the irst portion by email ([email protected]). Attendees will receive "Agree/Disagree" signs which they can use to show their opinion of statements.
