April 1
- Officers arrested Roxanne M. Velasquez, 35, Ada, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of Commerce Lane and State Route 103. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
April 5
- A university student reported items were stolen from his dorm room while he was away on break.
April 6
- Officers responded to an East College Avenue residence in reference to an assault complaint. After investigating the complaint, officers arrested Robyn Geiger, 26, Bluffton, for assault and resisting arrest. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
April 7
- A Vance Street business reported a refuse dumpster was damaged behind their business.
- A Riley Street resident reported that her identity had been stolen.
- Officers arrested Bradley W. Steigerwalt, 19, Bluffton, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of County Line Road and State Route 103. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
April 8
- Officers arrested Mary Spurlock, 41, Lima, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area Bentley Road and South Main Street for a stop sign violation. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
- An assisted living employee reported a theft from one of their residential buildings.
April 12
- Officers arrested Elayna E. Lerma, 22, Ottawa, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of Polo Drive and Bentley Road for a speeding violation. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
April 14
- Officers arrested two juveniles for curfew violations in the area of Riley Street and Garmatter Street. The cases are pending in Allen County Juvenile Court.
April 15
- Officers arrested William Gear, 21, Ada, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of State Route 103 and Commerce Lane. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
- Officers took a report of a violation of a protection order from a Lake Street resident.
- Officers took another a report of a violation of a protection order from a Lake Street resident.
April 19
- Officers responded to the middle school in reference to a threatening post on Instagram by a student. Officers and school officials investigated the complaint and menacing charges were filed against the juvenile. The case is pending in Allen County Juvenile Court.
April 20
- Officers took a menacing report from a Lake Street resident.
- Officers and school officials investigated a Snapchat video that was threatening in nature. Officers, in conjunction with school officials investigated the complaint and determined it to be unfounded.
April 21
- A Huber Street resident reported that an unknown person entered her residence during the overnight hours and stole items from inside the residence.
- Officers responded to an East College Avenue residence in reference to a noise complaint.
- Officers arrested John L. Patterson, 31, Bluffton, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of Vance Street and Elm Street. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
- Officers arrested Kylee E. Williams, 25, Lima, for possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in the area of State Route 103 and Interstate 75. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
April 22
- Officers responded to an East College Avenue residence in reference to a noise complaint.
April 25
- A Richland Drive resident reported that his son had gotten into a fight earlier in the day with another student while at school.
April 26
- An Eastland Drive resident reported that an unknown subject stole her identity.
April 28
- Officers responded to a non-injury traffic crash in the area of the 100 block of North Spring Street.
April 29
- Officers took a report from a North Lawn Avenue resident regarding a child they foster running away from the residence.
- Officers arrested Hillary Shearer, 32, Arlington, for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the area of County Line Road and State Route 103 for a headlight violation. The case is pending in Findlay Municipal Court.
