Never fear - Twisted Wisk Cafe will have coffee Saturday AM
It’s testing Bluffton coffee lovers’ cravings for the bean. But, there’s good news on the horizon.
The new owners of that coffee shop at the corner of Main and Cherry are working fast and furious for a reopening of the former Common Grounds.
The Icon reported on May 1 that Phil and Sharon Zimmerly sold the coffee shop to Jessi Davis, Luke Davis and Sam Erter.
Several things transpired since the sale.
First, the shop is closed during a remodeling.
It will reopen under the name “Twisted Whisk Café,” and as the name and logo reflect, a menu of coffee, breakfast and lunch awaits the grand opening.
The intention is to have coffee and an assortment of bakery items available for sale during Saturday’s craft show.
Meanwhile the remodeling continues. Stay turned.
