Four Bluffton High School students were among 35 members of the Allen Lima Youth Leadership class that graduated in late April.
Bluffton students are Sydney Hoff, Kayla Kindle, Rameen Omar and Aimee Ritter.
This year’s students have worked as a group since October. Students selected three service projects to address concerns in their communities.
Allen Lima Youth Leadership provides the opportunity to:
· learn more about how the Lima/Allen County community works
· understand and accept civic responsibilities
· develop leadership skills
· respond to concerns in their community with service projects.
Allen Lima Leadership (ALL) is a county-wide leadership program that develops adult and youth leaders for our community.
ALL promotes positive change in the Allen County /Lima community by providing an education that improves understanding of community issues, institutions, self and others and training for individuals in advanced leadership principles.
