Phillip Tatarkov is BHS April student of the month
Phillip Tatarkov is the April Bluffton High School student of the month.
Philip is a senior at Bluffton High School and has a 4.0 grade point average. He is on the yearbook committee. He played soccer his sophomore and junior years and also lettered in track.
He was awarded the "Student of the Year" in 2016 for Anatomy and in 2015 he earned a second place for his ceramic project in the Kewpee Art Contest/Sculpture division.
In his spare time he likes to do scratch board art, make glass arrowheads and draw.
For post secondary options at Bluffton University, Phillip took Calculus 1 and 2, Intro to Psychology, and Understanding Numerical Data. He plans to attend Ohio Northern University after graduation and major in Civil Engineering.
He is the son of Andrey and Svetlana Tatarkov of Bluffton.
