Gary Marshall 1939 - 2017
Gary M. Marshall, 77, died May 19, 2017, at 10:49 at St. Rita's Inpatient Hospice in Lima. Gary was born July 18, 1939, in Greeley, Colo., to the late Paul and Rose (Markus) Marshall. In 1978, he married Sharon Parkins who survives.
Gary was a supervisor/foreman at Motorola, JB Tool and Machine in Wapakoneta, RCA and DTR Industries in Bluffton. He was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous with over 18 years of sobriety.
Survivors also include two daughters, Nicole (Jeremy) Fruchey of Bluffton, Pamela (Bob Chandler) Marshall of Anna; a son, Paul Patten; and six grandchildren, Morgan, Camryn, and Emerson Fruchey, Drew and Brynn Schmitz and Robbie Chandler.
Gary was preceded in death by a son, Billy Marshall and a sister, Sharon Cannataro.
A private memorial service will be held at the Bluffton Golf Club. Visitation will be on Sunday, May 21, from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton.
