Shirley's birthday celebration Saturday
Carnival games, childrens’ activities, and buy-one-get-one specials will highlight Shirley’s Birthday Celebration on Saturday, June 10, in downtown Bluffton.
The annual celebration is hosted by Shirley’s Gourmet Popcorn Company at 117 S. Main St., which has pledged 100% of all sales and donations on June 10 to the Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Putnam County, a United Way affiliate that provides free books monthly for children through age five.
Promotions planned for the day include:
10 a.m.- 3 p.m.
-Free inflatable games on Main Street
-Balloon animal artist
-Carnival games including Plinko, fish pond, and more
-Caramel to Die For ice cream sundaes
All Day
-BOGO bags (equal or lesser value, limit two free)
-Free small bag Caramel To Die For popcorn with $10 same-day receipt from any downtown Bluffton shopping or dining destination
-100% of all sales donated to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Putnam County
Shirley’s Gourmet Popcorn Co.was founded in Bluffton in 2009, and currently has corporate and franchise locations open in Lima, Findlay, Westerville, Maumee, and Harrisonburg, Va.
