Teams forming for 5th annual golf outing
The 5th annual William T. Ellerbrock SIDS Foundation golf outing takes place Friday, Aug. 11, at Sycamore Springs Golf Course, 11492 Township Road, Arlington, according to Matt and Crystal Ellerbrock.
A 2-PAGE FLYER WITH ADDITION INFORMATION IS ATTACHED -
Early bird registration before July 14 is $240 per team of four. Participants will receive a complimentary Bun in the Oven Package. The package includes four mulligans, four drink tickets and 20 door prize tickets, a $40 value.
After July 14, registration is $240 minus the package. The day-of-event registration begins at 11 a.m. with a noon shotgun start.

• 1st place team
• 2nd place team
• 3rd place team
• Longest putt
• Closest to string –men
• Closest to string-women
• 50/50 raffle

The foundation was established by Matt and Crystal Ellerbrock of Bluffton in memory of their son, Will. The foundation’s mission is to engage northwest Ohio in a conversation to reduce the incidence of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
