Katie Heinze wins first place in five horse classes at Allen County Fair
Katie Heinze, a Bluffton High School senior, won first place in all five classes she entered in this year’s Allen County Junior Fair horse contests.
These included senior class poles, barrels, keyhole, kegs and stakes. More photos are below:
