Charlotte Anderson was a retired dietician at Bluffton Hospital
Charlotte Anderson, died Sept. 8, 2017 at Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton.
Charlotte was born June 19, 1929, in Findlay, Ohio, to John and Julie (Crates) Walter who preceded her in death. Survivors include: her husband of 66 years, Willis Anderson of Bluffton; three children, Steven (Karen) Anderson of Sunnyside, Washington, Kathy (Larry) Coburn of Phoenix, Arizona, Linda (Mike) Hampl of Louisville, Texas; a sister, Jane Cobert of California; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: a son, Harvey Anderson; three sisters, Twila Sterling, Bonnie Franks, and Rosie Kidd.
Charlotte retired from Bluffton Hospital where she was a dietician. She was a member of the Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Bluffton, where she was the choir director for many years. Charlotte enjoyed bowling and was a member of the 600 club. She was a graduate of Findlay High School.
Services will be held at Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Bluffton on Saturday, Sept. 16, at 11 a.m. With Rev. Jeremy Mann to officiate the service. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel United Church of Christ.
