BFR expands adult fall fitness classes
Bluffton Family Recreation extended its adult fall fitness class schedule this year, according to Amy Byers, sports coordinator.
Classes take place Mondays through Fridays. The new schedule follows (and a printer-friendly schedule is an attachment to this story).
Byers said that BFR always offers participants a free first class. Prices after that follow:
• 1 visit: $4 member; $6 non-member • 7 visits: $28 m, $42 nm • 14 visits: $52 m, $78 nm • 32 visits: $112 m, $170 nm
Classes in italics are either 40 or 45 minutes.

8:30 a.m. All Star Workout
9:30 Water Exercise I at Maple Crest
9:45 a.m. SilverSneakers
5 p.m. Aqua Zumba at Maple Crest
6 p.m. Aqua Fit at Maple Crest
TUESDAYS
7:30 a.m. Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
8:30 - 10 a.m. Pickleball
8:30 a.m. Water Exercise II at Maple Crest
9:30 a.m. Water Exercise at Maple Crest
WEDNESDAYS
7:30 a.m. Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
