Bluffton alumna to speak about faith and ego within corporate America
Bethny Ricks Brown, vice president for human resources at Scotts Miracle-Gro, will present the Forum, “God, Ego and Corporate America," at 11 a.m. on Oct. 24 in Centennial Hall’s Stutzman Lecture Hall.
Brown is an accomplished human resources professional whose career has spanned across many industries and HR disciplines. Her presentation will highlight and answer the question “When will courage and conviction matter most?”
Brown, who was Bluffton University’s Outstanding Young Alumni award recipient in 2014, was recently named one of Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential African American Women in the U.S. She is a 2006 Bluffton University graduate.
